"Daikoku and Gehou are Sumo wrestling."

 

Daikoku, in Japanese mythology, one of the Shichi-fuku-jin (Seven Gods of Luck); the god of wealth and guardian of farmers. 

 

Gehou is another name of Fukurokuju; one of the Seven Gods of Luck. He represents longevity and wisdom. 

 

This painting implies that trying to get wealth and longevity will fall both.
